CIBER Receives Global Certification by SAP for Application Management Services

Includes Implementation, Hosting and Application Support

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. – Nov. 10, 2008 –CIBER, Inc. (NYSE: CBR), an SAP® services partner, announced today that its global application management services have been certified by SAP AG to deliver high-quality service operations based on SAP technology. This will expand CIBER’s worldwide capabilities in implementation, hosting and support of SAP applications to offer a true full-solution lifecycle in support of SAP solutions. CIBER is one of only five companies that have received global certification from SAP of their application management services.
