British Red Cross Selects Ascent CRM from CIBER UK to Support their Corporate Strategy
British Red Cross are implementing Ascent CRM from CIBER UK as their new fundraising database.
British Red Cross conducted a rigorous evaluation process to select the new system and in addition to their own dedicated team, employed the services of two organisations with many years experience helping organisations in the not for profit sector to select software. Peter Flory, from Athena Consultants, assisted the preparation of a cohesive statement of the business requirements and initial shortlisting, whilst Pam Gordon, from Logical Resolution, guided them through the final evaluation and selection process.

The new Ascent system will be an important tool in helping them achieve this as its functionality should enable the integration of supporter data into a single view and support a range of fundraising activities.”
